Once I was finished with "Sometimes Never", there was no other option but to read Blackbird right away. I was so happy that there was more of Mason and Hope because I certainly wasn't ready to let them go.I love Hope, really I do, but I wanted to slap her badly for that stunt she pulled on Mason. I'm glad Guy was there to bring her to her senses, like he always does.Mason is so considerate that I'm still in a state of awe. He knows Hope so well and actually anticipates her freak outs in his planning and luckily none of her freak outs affect him in a negative way while another guy would've already called it quits.They are just one of these amazing couples and they do actually manage to overcome what their pasts throw at them. It was a lovely journey to read about.All in all, I was thankful for another glimspe at how these to got to the happy place presented to us in the Epilogue of Sometimes Never, but I'm still not ready to let them go. So I'll just keep hoping that there'll be more, no matter in what form!
